                   IMPORTANT STUFF...

PROPS:

General props are permitted in any of the performance categories.  However, no dangerous props, such as pyrotechnics, knives, swords, etc, are permitted.  Please be prepared to clean the stage in a timely manner after a routine, which has left articles on stage, i.e. confetti, feathers, for the safety of all performers.  All props must be in place and also removed within 2 minutes of the performance.

TRIUMPH TALENT does run the competition according to the assigned entry numbers, however each entry must be prepared to compete at any given time during their age and category division.  This is necessary to prevent delays in the competition due to costume changes and other unforeseen events.  ** If you determine that there is not enough time in between numbers to change costumes, the Backstage Manager and/or the MC MUST be notified immediately.

CLAIMING SCORE SHEETS AND AUDIO CRITIQUES

Log in to your online Triumph Registration and go to " view competition SCORES". They will be available 24-48 hours after the show!

DANCERS BIRTHDAYS AND LEVELS

It is the studio owners/teachers responsibility to make sure that all of their dancers birthdays, age groups and levels are entered correctly into our registration system.

TRIUMPH TALENT takes pride in the engaging and generally wholesome performances that take place on our stage.  Any number that is considered by the judges to be inappropriate in either dance moves, costumes, or music will be ineligible for any High Score Awards and may be cause for disqualification.

Sportsmanlike behavior is expected from all TRIUMPH TALENT participants, teachers, families, and all other in attendance.  Failure to comply with this may result in a participant(s) or studio’s disqualification.

TRIUMPH TALENT, affiliates and the hosting venue are not responsible for any injury or property damage/loss that is suffered by anyone attending or participating in the competition.

NO CASH REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR ANY REASON.

STUDIO CREDIT

Once a show entry deadline has passed, acts that scratch due to injury, illness or any other reason prior to the show may, at TNTs Team discretion, receive a partial credit towards a future TNT event. Acts that scratch once a show has begun will not be refunded or receive a credit.  TNT will not, however, approve a refund or credit of fees for any studio requesting a complete withdrawal of all acts from a competition. Credits will only be given to the studio.
