Triumph National Talent Competition New Covid - 19 Policy:
Due to the current climate, we understand the need for a clearer refund policy considering Covid-19. We are committed to ensuring the security of our customers and their studio families when registering for our events.
If an in-person event is unable to be held on the original or a rescheduled date and is cancelled due to Covid-19 restrictions Triumph National Talent will provide a full refund for any entry fees that were received after August 1st, 2020. This refund policy does not apply to any credits or monetary awards carried over from the 2020 season.
*Please note: Any studio that chooses to pay by credit card incurs a 3% processing fee which is non-refundable.
All events will be held under one of these schedule options:
1.) NORMAL SCHEDULE
Triumph National Talent will run a "normal" schedule at all events if the current guidelines and restrictions allow.
2.) HYBRID SCHEDULE
Triumph National Talent will run solos and duo/trios in mixed sessions as normal with extra social distancing measures in place. All groups will be performed in "Studio Block" schedule to eliminate the potential for lack of social distancing among studio group routines. Solo and Duo/Trio awards will be announced and awarded at the end of each session. All studio specialty and group awards will be announced after the conclusion of the competition via a video and awards will be mailed directly to the studio.
3.) STUDIO BLOCK SCHEDULE
Each studio will have its own block time to compete all routines within a certain amount of time. In rare cases, some studios may be paired together if all social distancing and safety measures can be taken. All awards will be announced after the conclusion of the competition via a video and awards will be mailed directly to the studio.
